John Varsamis, CEO and founder of The Web Empire, has dedicated more than 30 years to shaping the digital landscape. With an MSc and two academic degrees, he has led the launch of thousands of successful projects across multiple industries.
John’s pioneering spirit was evident early in his career in Greece. In 1992, he developed the nation’s second live website, followed by the first nationwide real estate database in 1994. By 1995, he had established the first digital agency in the country, setting the stage for Greece’s digital evolution.
His expertise soon took him to the United States in 1996, where he contributed to one of the world’s largest corporations at a time when the internet itself was taking shape. Since then, John has continued to evolve alongside the industry, earning more than 50 certifications and receiving hundreds of awards that reflect his dedication and leadership.
